What can the Concierge do?
- Answer questions based on your website’s content and help articles
- Guide users to specific pages or sections
- Communicate in multiple languages
- Offer simplified language on request
How to activate it
- Go to A11yBridge → Concierge in the dashboard.
- Toggle the “Show Concierge” switch on.
- Choose position (bottom left or right), color, and welcome message.
- Save – the Concierge appears on your site immediately.
Is user data stored?
Conversations with the Concierge are not stored with personal identifiers. Your page content is used anonymously to answer visitor questions. See the A11yBridge Privacy Policy for details.
